I have to admit I hated these lace bell bottoms (or just any bellbottom at all) when I first saw Rumi wearing them on Fashion Toast, and I still hated them when Valerie wore them on Bleach Black in violet, but yesterday... I loved them. You can purchase these pant wonders with built in shorts at Bona Drag for $130, however since I already made my impulse online purchase for the month I am going to try a DIY for this one (with mommy's help)...
