These caged leggings / garter things will be my next DIY, hopefully I'll have time to conjure some up this weekend. The real question is what color? Black for over bare legs or white for over black tights? Might as well make both...

Sunday Afternoon

I just love that thigh highs are so acceptable today in fashion, however it's hit or miss finding the perfect pair that you don't have to pull up every 100 feet hence, the garter belt invention... Or just the House of Holland faux garter tights, which at first I thought might be a bit silly but now I am seeing the genius of them. Over the weekend I got to explore some more of my new surroundings in Los Feliz including two great breakfast spots, one having this lovely whimsical fountain.
